Payment
Single payment in USD, through a secure payment gateway — with no separate deposit or partial payments.
Cancellation
If you cancel, Ouidah Haven retains 45% of the amount paid in regular season, or 60% in high season (December 5–January 20, and school holidays — exact dates [PENDING — to be confirmed with the client]) — the rest is refunded.
Hours
Check-in 13:00 / Check-out 12:00 (Benin time).
Meals
We don't offer a fixed meal plan — message us on WhatsApp and we'll recommend options near your accommodation.
Restrictions
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.
Currency note
Prices are shown in USD. Conversion to FCFA happens automatically when payment is processed.
